Brilliant red leaning to black in colour. It bursts with dark cherry aromas. The wine has an unctuous mouth feel, impeccable balance, full body, with a long and satisfying aftertaste. An incredibly complex wine to enjoy with hard chesses, or roast whole fillet of beef, sliced and accompanied by sauce bordelaise.
