The Aconcagua vineyard was planted 11 years ago. It is approximately 10 kilometres east of the Pacific Coast, and is comprised of blocks of granite, clay and schist soils.
This dark brilliant red, smells of black currants, and herbs with mineral undertones. Full bodied with good acidity. Well extracted, complex, powerful, with a long and satisfying after taste.
Pair with wild boar stew, beef specialties, firm cheeses (Emmental, aged Gouda, Edam, Gruyere) terrines.
Cellar for two to three years. Decant.
