Tasting Note April 2013
A deep cherry hue. The nose is vibrantly fruited, with dark cherry
and raspberry aromas, violetty purple floral elements and top
notes of savoury spice, earth and undergrowth. The palate is
ebullient and somewhat generous, with attractive yet balanced
ripeness propelling the red/purple fruits and spicy dark floral
characters. Balanced acidity and fine but plentiful tannins help
this wine linger in the mouth.
